+ What does a Bundlr subscription include?

A Bundlr subscription will give you access to an admin area that allows you to:
— Customise an email and SMS message template
— Add your business or organisation logo to the email header at the top of the Bundlr content page
— Add a footer banner to your content page
— Access to a real-time reporting dashboard, which will display a number of insights related to your Bundlr activity.

A Bundlr subscription also includes a customised Bundlr HTML with a unique identifier to insert into your website. This will determine the following:
‍— Position and colour of the Bundlr icon on your website, and;
— Whether you have the SMS tool turned on or off.

+ Are there different types of Bundlr accounts?

We offer one Bundlr account type that supports our simple, streamlined and secure approach to information sharing. Please contact our support team if you have any questions about how Bundlr works for your organisation or business.

+ How much does Bundlr cost? Can I pay on a month-by-month basis?

Bundlr costs $708 + GST per annum, paid month by month, this is just $59 + GST per month.

+ Can I receive a discount if I pay upfront?

If paid upfront and in full, Bundlr will cost $650 + GST for an annual subscription to our service.

+ Are there set-up fees?

There are no setup fees.

+ Do I have to use SMS?

No. Our SMS functionality can be switched on and off at any time.
Our SMS credits cost the following (ex GST):

500 SMS credits: $0.23c per credit = $115
1,000 SMS credits: $0.21c per credit = $210
5,000 SMS credits: $0.16c per credit = $80
10,000 SMS credits: $0.14c per credit = $1,400
50,000 SMS credits: $0.12c per credit = $6,000
100,000 SMS credits: 0.10c per credit = $10,000

Additional SMS credits can be purchased as required.
Credits do not expire and are non-refundable.

+ Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Each of our agreements run for a period of 12 months. Our team is always on hand to answer questions and to help you get the most of using Bundlr for your business.

+ How many users can there be per business account?

Unlimited users - team members who have access to the Bundlr account is at the discretion of the account holder.

+ Is the Bundlr Insights Dashboard able to be viewed by the whole team?

The account holder will be able to grant and revoke access to the Insights Dashboard. Access to the admin area can be given at any time and can be deactivated as required.

+ Is Bundlr something I need to install on my own, or do you provide support?

The Bundlr support team will take all relevant members of your team, including someone with an understanding of website processes, through the installation process to ensure it is simple and streamlined.
